Cut off date

The cut off date is typically on the 15th day of each month.

Here's an example:

If you subscribe from January 1st - 14th, then your first box will ship on the following month in February followed by every month after that until you cancel.

If you subscribe from January 15th - 31st, then your box will ship in March followed by every month after that until you cancel.

Billing

All subscription plans will automatically renew and be billed on the 1st of the month. If you want to cancel you must login to your account and cancel before the 1st of the month.

Yes. Mystery Toy Box is a monthly subscription, meaning that you will receive and be charged for a box every billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription. A 1-month plan means you get billed every month. A 3-month plan means you get billed every 3 months, etc.

It's super easy and fast. Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions. From there, you can EDIT your subscription to either "Skip" or "Cancel," then confirm your choice.

If you don't want to cancel and just need a break, you also have the option to skip a month instead of unsubscribing.

The cutoff date is set at 15 days. Which is typically the 15th of each month.

Here's an example:
