    If you choose to add Package Protection at checkout, your order will be protected if it is:

    • Lost in transit
    • Stolen after delivery
    • Damaged during shipping

    If one of these shipping issues occurs, you can quickly file a claim through our online portal. Once your claim is approved, we'll help resolve the issue by replacing your order or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.

    What's Covered

    Package Protection applies to shipping related issues, including:

    • Lost packages
    • Stolen packages
    • Items damaged during transit

    Coverage begins after your order has shipped and ends once the claim window has expired.

    What's Not Covered

    Package Protection does not cover:

    • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
    • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
    • Returns or exchanges due to preference or ordering the wrong item
    • Manufacturer defects or product quality issues

    How to File a Claim

    If your protected package is lost, stolen, or damaged:

    1. Visit our claims portal.
    2. Submit your order number and a brief description of the issue.
    3. Most claims are reviewed within a few business days.

    If You Decline Package Protection

    Package Protection is optional.

    If you choose not to purchase it, your order will still be shipped as normal. However, once your package has been transferred to the carrier, we may have limited ability to replace or refund orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if a delivery issue occurs.
